  1. Clare M. Scott, owner of 245 Shore Road, lot 15S, in Lazy Point. SCTM # 300-084-10-03.1, requests approval to transfer her leasehold and improvements to Jennifer Brew, a resident of East Hampton.

Harbor Management:

  1. Request from the Clearwater Beach Property Owner’s Association to renew their 2019 dredging permit, as written for their annual 2020 dredging of the Hog Creek inlet.

Roads:

  1. Request from the owner of 163 Atlantic Ave to have access over the Trustee Road which leads to 169 Atlantic Avenue
  2. Town Line Road

Three Mile Harbor:

  1. Application from McGinn, owner of 275 Three Mile Harbor Road, SCTM# 300-75-10-32.2 for Bulkhead replacement. The owner is separating the application from its new dock and bulkhead replacement application.

Wainscott Pond:

  1. Request to renew Trustee Permit W #1-2020 issued to the Wainscott Pond Project for Sediment Sampling in Wainscott Pond.

VI. Administrative:

  1. Payment of Bills:
    1. East Hampton Marina – $105.00 (gas)
    2. East Hampton Marina – $504.00 (replace water pump – part and labor, not under warranty for damage)
    3. East Hampton Star – $245.00 (ad for Largest Clam Contest)
    4. One Beacon Insurance Corp $7,350.00 (annual insurance for the two pumpout boats, 1 million each)
    5. One Beacon Insurance Corp – $3,600.00 (additional 1 million dollars insurance)
