The Trustees own land at Lazy Point and lease lots to residents of the Town of Eat Hampton. Leases are renewed and issued in March of each year. In addition, Local Baymen and the Town Shellfish Hatchery, have been granted permission to store fishing gear and aquaculture equipment on certain trustee property.
A copy of an “Environmental Certificate With Representatives, Covenants and Warranties” will be included with said lease.
Both the lease and the certificate must be notarized when submitted with payment to the Trustee office.
Lease fees and a Property Transfer Fee Apply to all Lazy Point Lease Agreements.
