  • Robert Vasiluth to present & discuss his recent Eel Grass project in Peconic Estuaries. (Cancelled).
  • Rick Warren, of Inter-Science, on behalf of Island Tennis, L.P d/b/a Sportime, proposed purchase of Trustee unused/unopened road known as Hump Path.
  • Request from the New York State Parks Departments regional office for permission to conduct a thinning operation of the pitch pines on a Trustee owned parcel as part of the Southern Pine Beetle response.  The Trustee owned parcel is 5 acres in size.

V. Committee Reports

1.  Accabonac
  • Request from First Coastal on behalf of George & Susan Polsky, owners of 133 Waters Edge Rd, SCTM # 300-83-7-53.1, to reconstruct in-place approximately 160’ of existing timber bulkhead using vinyl sheathing and construct a new 14’ return, a 4ft wide ladder to the beach and plant the area behind bulkhead with American Beach Grass, install jute matting and coir logs for bluff stabilization.
  • Dan Hall from Land Use, on behalf of Love Shack, LLC at 73 Louse Point Rd, SCTM # 300-83-3-10.2 & 11, to reconstruct approximately 205 linear ft of bulkhead utilizing vinyl sheathing and approximately 5 cubic yards of clean fill landward of bulkhead as needed.
2. Beaches
  • 175 Atlantic Ave; (SCTM# 300-178-02-03) is before the ZBA requesting an NRSP for their proposed project to construct a new 3,240 sq. ft. residence with a storage area, swimming pool, driveway, covered parking area, first & second floor decking and walkways on parcel of land containing dune land and dune vegetation.
  • Scott Dobriner, of Inter-Science, on behalf of 85 and 93 West End Rd (SCTM#301-15-14.1 & 301-15-5-16.2 respectively) is requesting an extension of Trustee Permits B-1-22 and B-2-22. For one year (or 63 days) to allow for dune restorations through March 31, 2023.
  3.  Georgica
  • Update on the let of the pond.
  • Request from Inter-Science on behalf of 25 Cove Hollow Farm Robot, LLC & 25 Cove Hollow Farm Unicorn, LLC of 25 cove Hollow Farm Rd, SCTM # 301-12-10-5, to close out Trustee Permit GP-1-20, Common Reed Management Permit.
  4. Lazy Point
  • Proposed transfer of Lazy Point Lot #16S, 241 Shore Road, from Marian A.S. McMahon to Laurie Petroske of 4  15th St. East Hampton, NY 11937. SCTM # 300-85-1-41.1
