The East Hampton Town Trustees have temporarily closed Georgica Pond to swimming, crabbing and fishing due to a hazardous levels of cyanobacteria bloom that exceed the NYSDEC threshold value.
Please keep children and pets away from the pond and rinse off after exposure to pond water.
