Accabonac/Hog Creek:
An application was received from the Town of East Hampton, Natural Resources Department entitled – Hog Creek Groundwater Seepage. Professional Monitoring and Remediation.
Beaches:
Letter from the Village of East Hampton with a request to the Trustees to approve a proposed amendment to East Hampton Village Code Chapter 77, pertaining to the rules at Main Beach. The Village would like to change “No smoking in any buildings or on any decks” to “No smoking or vaping in any buildings or on any decks”.
Letter from the East Hampton Fire Department requesting permission to hold the East Hampton Fire Department’s annual Main Beach fireworks fundraiser on Saturday August 25, 2018.
Georgica/Ponds:
Letter from Laurie Wiltshire of Land Planning Services to renew Trustee permit HP #1 -17 issued to Perella located at 43 Terbell Lane for coir log installation. No work has been done to date. They are still waiting for Village ZBA approval
Pumpout Boat:
Begin process of getting a new pump-out boat.
Hire a second part-time pump-out boat operator.

Georgica Cove Dredging permit received from the USCAE.

Accabonac/Hog Creek:
Request from Katie Osiecki of East End Land Planning to close out Trustee permit HC #12-13 for bulkhead repair. The permit was issued to Connolly, located at 217 Kings Point Road in East Hampton. The revegetation plan the town required has been completed and the “as built” survey submitted.
Aquaculture:
Accabonac Harbor Mosquito Larvae Survey
Peconic Estuary Program update.
Accabonac Preservation Committee will be holding a forum on ticks at Ashwagh Hall on August 20. Refreshments at 5:30pm at Panel at 6 pm.
Beaches:
Update from Dell Cullum re: trash cans on beaches.
Georgica/Ponds Committee:
Application from Bruce Horwith on behalf of Clifford Ross for phragmite control at 41 and 47 Cove Hollow Farm Road, Georgica, East Hampton Village.
Education:
Fisherman’s Fair – Introduction of our Balloon Fish T-Shirt to the public. Proceeds to benefit the Captain Rysam Scholarship Fund.
Roads Committee:
Trustee Roads update, including Merchants Path and Town Line Road.
Re-vegetation Permit Application for Trustee Roads.
Road Improvement Application for Trustee Roads.
IV. Administrative:
Payment of Bills: a) Edson International – $149.50 (boat parts); b) North Fork Water Supply – $12.00; c) Optimum – $167.55; d) Seacoast Enterprises – $1080.60 (pump-out ; e) Star Island Yacht Club – $849.09 (pump-out).
