I. Public Comment:

  1. Kim Shaw and Melissa Winslow will be giving an overview of their water quality initiative entitled “Hog Creek Groundwater seepage. Monitoring and Remediation”

II. New Business:

Accabonac/Hog Creek:
  1. An application was received from Billy Mack of First Coastal on behalf of Neil Simpkins, owner of 123 Waters Edge, for bulkhead reconstruction.
  2. An application was received from Costello Marine Contracting Corporation on behalf of Robert G. Kold, owner of 31 Isle of Wight Road, for bulkhead reconstruction.
  3. A notice of Public Hearing before the East Hampton ZBA was received from Joel Halsey of Lighthouse Land Planning on behalf of Robin Katz and Mark Emmanuel, owners of 69 Isle of Wight Rd. Applicant is seeking a NRSP and four variances of 62’, 61’, 19’ and 10’ feet.
Napeague/Lazy Point:
  1. An application was received from Susan Knobel regarding her lease at 100 Shore Rd in Lazy Point to place sandbags in front of her home to prevent storm damage.
  2. An application was received from Billy Mack of First Coastal on behalf of 153 Mulford Associates LLC, owners of 153 Mulford Lane, for Revetment Construction.

  1. Accabonac Harbor Mosquito Larvae Survey
Beaches:
  1. Update from Dell Cullum re: trash cans on beaches.
  2. Letter from Nan French to Mayor Rickenbach, the Village Trustees and the EH Town Trustees in support of removing the Trash Cans from the beaches.
Pumpout Boat:
  1. Look into process of applying for a grant to get a new pump-out boat for Montauk.
Roads Committee:
  1. Trustee Roads update, including Merchants Path and Town Line Road.
