Roads Committee:
A complaint was received from a homeowner who is adjacent to a Trustee Road, Town Line Road. A private individual has laid gravel on the dirt Trustee owned road. It is causing a nuisance. The homeowner asked if the private individual had the authority to do the work on a Trustee owned road.
Three Mile Harbor:
Application of Billy Hajek of Hajek Land Planning and Environmental Consulting on behalf of Jeffrey Lorell of 29 Springwood Way, East Hampton to construct a minimal staircase on his property to gain safe access down a slope towards the water.

Georgica/Ponds Committee:
Notice of E H Village ZBA Hearing of EEA, ACA and AJAYER Family Limited Partnerships, owners of 81 Ocean Ave which fronts on Hook Pond for variances to construct a swimming pool, retaining wall and fencing. None of the variances required are within 100 feet of the wetland setback area. 150-foot setback is currently required.
