Georgica/Ponds Committee:
  1. Application of Greg Blatt – ZBA Village Public Hearing for area wetland variances at 14 Hook Pond Lane, EH
Napeague/Lazy Point:
  1. Cover letter from Gordon G. Ryan renewing his lease on Lot 9S and ½ of Lot 10S in Lazy Point containing a request to legalize a fence he put up between himself and Lot 8S.

Request for approval and additional information from Cornell Cooperative Extension regarding putting the FLUPSYS in Three Mile Harbor and a draft of a proposed Memorandum of Understanding between Cornell Cooperative Extension and Municipality/Business/Individual re: Long Island Shellfish Restoration Project (LISRP).
  2. Request for approval of the Accabonac Macroalgae Bioextraction Project. Complete project information provided.

  1. Notification from the Estate of Carl Tiedemann, located at 19 & 23 Chauncey Close, of resolution of their DEC violation. The matter is now closed.
Harbor Management:
  1. Horseshoe Crab Survey
  2. Letter from Peter Mendelman to the Trustees requesting a letter be written from the Trustees to the Town Supervisor supporting a project to repair the jetties at Three Mile Harbor.
Napeague/Lazy Point:
  1. Application of the Victor D’Amico Institute of Art at 110 Napeague Meadow Road- reconstruct existing bulkhead and raise the height of the bulkhead by 18 inches.

  1. Payment of Bills: a) East Hampton Star – $59.83 (Public Notices DWW & Gerard Drive Kayak racks); b) East Hampton Marina – $769.65 (pump-out boats gas and repairs); c) Staples – $519.68 (printer ink and supplies).
