The first East Hampton Town Trustee board meeting of 2024 was dedicated to the reading of the Resolutions for the year ahead.
January 8th, 2024- The East Hampton Town Trustees began the year with the annual organizational meeting. As is customary, three trustees were sworn in by Carole Brennan, the town clerk. Celia Josephson, one of the newly elected Trustees, John Aldred, who was re-elected to his fourth term, and David Cataletto, who was re-elected to his second term, were sworn in on Monday night. Patrice Dalton, the second of the two newly elected Trustees, was also present.
The other Trustees had previously taken the oath of office at the Town board’s January 2nd organizational meeting.
The 2024 Town Trustees are: Clerk Francis J. Bock, Deputy Clerks, Bill Taylor and Jim Grimes, John Aldred, Tim Garneau, Ben Dollinger, David Cataletto, Celia Josephson, and Patrice Dalton. Attorney Chris Carillo was voted to return to serve the board as counsel for this year.

The next Trustees meeting is scheduled for January 22nd. LTV will continue to provide television coverage of the meetings on Channel 22. The meetings begin at 6:30 pm and the public is invited to attend.
The East Hampton Star was voted to remain the newspaper of record.
