Please be advised, the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Marine Resources, has designated THREE MILE HARBOR as temporarily uncertified for the harvest of shellfish, due to the heavy rains. The closure will be effective beginning at 10 am on August 21, 2026
All of THREE MILE HARBOR, HOG CREEK and ACCABONAC HARBOR and their tributaries are included in this closure. Please see the image below.
