Please be advised that the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has rescinded the emergency designation of shellfish lands for Three Mile Harbor, effective as of 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2026.
All normally certified areas of Three Mile Harbor in the Town of East Hampton are reopened to shell fishing.
