  • Georgica Pond
    • Request made by Land Use Ecological Services, Inc., on behalf of The Friends of Georgica Pond to renew the Aquatic Weed Harvester permit.
  • Hog Creek
    • Request made by Chris Carillo, Esq. on behalf of David Wagner Irrevocable Trust of 237 Kings Point Rd., SCTM# 300-24-1-32, for approval to perform Coastal Bluff Restoration Clean-Up.
  • Three Mile Harbor
    • Request from L.K. McLean Associates Engineering & Surveying, D.P.C on Behalf of the Town of East Hampton to replace approximately 660 LF of steel breakwater at the inlet to Three Mile Harbor at Sammy’s Beach.
    • Request from Seacoast Enterprises Associates, Inc. for a 10-Year Maintenance Permit for Three Mile Harbor Marina, 6 Boatyard Rd, SCTM# 300-120-1-2, 3 & 10 and to close out Trustee Permits T- 2-24 and T-3-24.
    • 2025 Summary of work completed, and work planned for 2026 by Seacoast Enterprises Associates, Inc. for Harbor Marina, under the current 10-Year maintenance permit, T-1-2022.
  • Napeague/ Lazy Point
    • Request from Margaret (Peggy) Schlitt, of 176 Shore Rd in Lazy Point, to lease the adjacent lot to the east for the purpose of upgraded septic placement.
  • Docks
    • Winter weather and dock damage
  • Kayaks
    • Revisit discussion regarding private kayak racks on Hedges Banks and public racks adjacent to Old House Landing Rd.

VI. Administrative

  • The following bills need to be paid:  Lewis, Johs, Avallone, Aviles, LLP – (Seaview – $40,476.65) (Stark – $465.50) and (Driftwood – $385) bills for Nov, Jan and Feb.; Merchants Bonding Company – Seaview Lawsuit – Annual Bond Premium charge $13,886.00; Staples – $123.04
