Please be advised, the Trustees of the Freeholders and Commonalty of the Town of East Hampton will hold a public hearing on Nov. 13, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall to hear public comments regarding extension of the prohibition on the construction of new docks in the currently unprohibited portion of Three Mile Harbor. The Trustees will also hear public comment on potential policy changes regarding docks and annual agreements.
