Village of East Hampton proposed code changes, regarding the consumption of alcohol and smoking in the Village and on the adjacent Trustee Beaches ,The Trustees to vote to approve or deny these changes. A Village public hearing will take place on Friday, the 16th day of April, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Emergency Services Building.

  1. Application by Joel Halsey to legalize the replacement of a Boat Basin and walkway at 19 Isle of Wight Rd, SCTM# 300-37-2-62
Lazy Point/Napeague
  1. Request from Ivan Silich, 50% leaseholder of 148 Shore Rd, Lot 39N, SCTM# 300-85-1-19.1, in Lazy Point, to transfer his 50% ownership of the lease that he shares with his daughter, Catharina Bahns to his son Andrija Silich. Andrija Silich has submitted his paperwork verifying he is a resident of the Town of East Hampton
  2. Request from Louis Havel, 50% leaseholder of 160 Shore Rd, Lot 36N, SCTM# 300- 85-1-17.1, in Lazy Point to transfer his 50% ownership of the lease he shares with his daughter Kimberly A. Colletti, to his son, Edward R. Havel. Edward R. Havel has submitted his paperwork verifying he is a resident of the Town of East Hampton.

  2. Authorize: Trustee funds from their Mariculture Line Budget be used to purchase the Shellfish Hatchery a Chiller system to regulate the water temperature in the grow tanks. $2000.00
  3. Financial Reports: for the Month ended February 28, 2021 and the month ended March 31, 2021
