  2. Request from the Village of East Hampton to make two amendments to the East Hampton Village Code Chapter 77 (Beaches), which will require written permission from the East Hampton Town Trustees prior to adoption.

  2. The Trustees will be accepting RFP’s to catalog Trustee holdings in the Northwest Harbor Area.

  1. Request to remove Marilyn Badkin from her lease for Lot#19N, 244 Shore Road at Lazy Point. Linda A. Badkin will be the only name on the lease. Marilyn Badkin has submitted a sworn and notarized statement to this effect.
