II. Public Comment:

  1. Dr. Christopher J. Gobler, Ph.D. Endowed Chair of Coastal Ecology and Conservation, will present the results of his 2019 Water Quality Monitoring.
  2. Kim Manzo from the Cornell Cooperative Extension will present a proposal for an upcoming Macro Algae bio-extraction Project in the Soak Hides section of Three Mile Harbor. She was also give the results of the Macro Algae bio-extraction project near the Pussy’s Pond Bridge.

III. New Business:

Accabonac/ Hog Creek:
  1. ZBA hearing for Abeles, owner of 91 Gerard Drive, SCTM# 300-41-02-05. Application to destroy an existing house and construct a new house on a waterfront parcel.
  2. ZBA hearing for Maslin, owner of 307 Kings Point Rd, SCTM # 300-024-1-11. Application for the in-place reconstruction of an approximately 90 linear feet stone armor revetment.
Napeague/Lazy Point:
  1. ZBA hearing for Vatter, owner of lots 8N & 9N at Lazy Point, 272 Shore Road SCTM # 300-084-5-03.1. Application to repair and allow an existing 740 sq. ft. deck, 66’retaining wall to remain, and to repair a 64 sq. ft. shed on a waterfront parcel.
Three Mile Harbor:
  1. ZBA application of Hallinan & Friedland, owners of 31 Breeze Hill Lane, SCTM# 300-94-6-9. Application to construct a garage and allow a 300 sq. ft. deck to remain. On a waterfront parcel

  1. Application received from Resnick, owner of 7 West End Road, SCTM # 301-15-4-7, for a Boardwalk/Stairway to the Beach with revegetation.
Education:
  1. Friends of Erin Montauk St Patrick’s Day Parade
  2. Pierson High School – Trustee Outreach
Georgica/Ponds:
  1. Application received from Ross, 33 Cove Hollow Farm Road, SCTM # 301-12-10-5, to construct a walkway to Georgica Pond on his property

V. Administrative:

  1. Payment of Bills: a) East Hampton Marina – $226.67; b) Optimum – $139.48; c) Staples – $226.06 & $6.66 – Total $232.72.
