• St Patrick’s Day Parade in Montauk:
  • The Trustees will be participating in the Montauk St Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday March 30, 2025, at 9 am

V. Committee Reports

• Aquaculture:
  • Aquaculture Lease Program – New Oyster Lease requests available for Public Comment 

• Georgica and Other Ponds:
  • Eel Cove land owned by the Georgica Association; 1 Eel Cove, owned by Michael Schultz and 1 Association Rd, owned by Jonathan Sobel.  Three Phragmite Projects on Georgica Pond up for administrative renewal to be approved by the Ponds committee. Part of the Phragmite Maintenance Renewal Program, for existing projects, started in 2017.

VI. Administrative

• Payment of the Bills:  – Staples – $61.16 (Office Supplies); Merchant’s Bonding Co. – $13, 886.00 (Renewal of Appeal Bond); East End Excavating – $10,800 – (Move & spread dredge spoil).
• Financials: for August, September, October, November & December 2024 and January 2025 to be reviewed or approved by the Board.
